Administrative data security

Technology is all very well and nice when it comes to a company’s data security, but the weakest link is often in how that data security is administered and controlled.

When it comes to data security at Mintly, we know what we’re talking about…

As a technology company, we also know the limits of technology – if security is not managed well as a whole, then no amount of technology will help.

Our own information security management system has ISO 27001certification, and we work with security-critical organizations every day. Because of this, we also have security clearance vetting from the Finnish Defence Forces. So we know what we’re talking about.

We help our customers with the administrative side of information security in three areas:

  • We assess the current state of your business
  • We design and implement the systems, controls, and policies you need
  • We train your staff

Reviews

The main objective of the assessment is to identify the current state of your business so as to provide the most effective guidance on which areas of your business need most attention in terms of increasing the level of security. The analysis can be carried out according to a specific framework or regulatory requirements that your company is required to adhere to (e.g., NIS2, ISO27001, KATAKRI).

Design and implementation

Based on the assessment, we can design and implement an information security management system or individual security controls tailored to your needs. We can also carry out an external risk assessment or internal audit of items as required.

Training

Whether you need sparring partners for your experts, training in certain principles of management for your project management office, lessons in IT security for your staff, or anything else in between – we will have the latest information and training packages tailor-made for you!
